Cohesive Bandage

Description

This cohesive bandage is made of a single-layer, non woven material. It sticks to itself. Therefore, there is no need for clasps, does not stick to skin, hair, etc. Smaller sections can be torn off with your hands, no need to use scissors. It comes wrapped in a foil that protects against dirt, unwinding and moisture. This cohesive bandage allows air to pass through, providing the skin with adequate ventilation. This stops build up for sweat and other bodily fluids. It is resistant to water and sweat. Even in unfavourable conditions, the bandage does not lose its cohesive properties. It is also latex free.

Application:

• Fixing the dressing, especially in places where a traditional bandage could slip
• Fixing the immobilisation rails
• Formation of a compression dressing
• Reducing the range of motion in the joint after the injury
