How to use Sports Cold Spray?
Spray on to the affected part of the body (and not on the clothing that covers it) from a distance of 20 cm. Rotate the wrist for about 5 seconds all around the area so as to cover the entire limb with the spray. Stop applying the spray when a fine dust appears. Repeat this two or three times. Treatment can be continued with cold packs.
