This is my fourth or fifth time buying from medpoint . I have to say extremely helpful .last time I wasn't sure what knee brace to get (apoligies I cannot remember the man's name) I rang the number the man was so helpful even telling me how to measure my knee and telling me what one he thought was right for me and he was correct . I ordered two days ago and my ordered arrived today . So excellent service all together

Great customer service, I purchased a knee walker from Medpoint after breaking my ankle, I had the knee walker for a good few weeks and unfortunately a bolt snapped, I rang and asked could it be fixed and explained I couldn't get it to them as I still can't drive, they couldn't have been more helpful, one of the girls came to my house and picked up the knee walker, checked it and unfortunately couldn't fix it and within a day I had a replacement sent out to me! Would recommend this company highly, thanks again 👍
