How to choose the size of the gym ball and inflate it?

In order to get the best result from the exercise ball, the size must be properly adjusted. When sitting on the ball, your hips should not be lower than your knees.  Your knees should form a 90-degree angle or slightly more. To help you choose the right size of the gym ball, you can use the table below:

–  65cm ball  – persons height  151-165cm ↕

– 75cm ball  – persons height  166-175cm ↕

 

How to properly inflate the exercise ball? – tips

1- Let the ball gain room temperature – it’s worth letting it warm up for about 2 hours.

2- Inflate the ball to approx. 80% of its volume – before the first use, let the ball “rest” partially inflated for 24 hours to get the ball to the right diameter and shape. High-quality balls are made of thick material that needs time to stretch.

3- After 24 hours, pump the ball to the maximum diameter – use the attached pump to pump the ball to the appropriate diameter. Lastly, secure the inflated ball with the included white plug.

➡️  If you want to deflate the exercise ball, pull out the white plug. Additionally, you can make it easier by sitting on the ball – the increased pressure will help to remove the plug.
