Return and Refunds Policy

Medpoint has a 14 day returns policy in place. Customers have the option to return our products either in person at the store or through the mail at there own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon inspection of the product, if there is a product defect, a refund can be given. If any products supplied by Medpoint prove on inspection to be defective in material workmanship, the company undertakes as its option to replace the same or refund to the customer, the price of the products. Under no circumstances will liability exceed the cost of replacement (at the company’s option) or the price paid by the customer for such products.

Returns

Damaged Items: All items are carefully inspected by our team prior to dispatch. If an item becomes damaged in transit, you must notify contact@medpoint.ie no more than 24 hours after receiving your item, as items damaged in transit must be reported to the relevant carrier within 24 hours of delivery.

 Return Criteria

All items must be returned in “as new” condition, including all original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Please ensure any wheelchairs, rollators or knee walkers are suitable before use, as once the tyres demonstrate signs of use,they cannot be refunded. Where products require assembly, products must be carefully dis-assembled and repackaged before being returned to us.

Return Methods

Our option to send us your return: In Store

Customers must return the purchased product via their own carrier at their expense. You are responsible for ensuring that the returned product reaches us in the same condition that you received it.

Our Fees for Return or Refund

Damages and issues ( Defective Products ): Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers are responsible for returning defective products at their expense.

For your responsibility (Customer Remorse): Medpoint will happily accept returns due to customer remorse. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 14 days if the item that you purchased was purchased by mistake, or you no longer require the product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, the items need to be returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

The following products, however, cannot be returned once a customer has received the product.
