The role of the wrist splint brace is to immobilize the wrist in a position to facilitate healing. The wrist splint with thumb brace is available in two versions: for left or right hand. Both versions are designed to stabilize the wrist on the side for which they have been anatomically formed. They can’t be used interchangeably. Size information listed below
Ideal use:
- fractures of carpal and thumb bone;
- carpal tunnel syndrome;
- degeneration of wrist joint;
- twists and dislocations;
- after removing plaster cast.
Do not use in case of:
• Skin abrasion
• Eczema
• Wound and other skin injuries
• After application of warming gel or rub
