What Does Rolling Really Do?

After training, your muscles are often sore and not very mobile. We all know that they need water, oxygen and nutrients to regenerate well. By limiting movement after training, you reduce not only the feeling of muscle pain, but unfortunately also the blood supply to the tissues. Therefore, it is good to reverse this process. Due to the pressure exerted, rolling improves the blood supply with oxygen, nutrients and water to the tissues, thanks to which the muscles and the fascia surrounding them will regenerate much faster. An additional advantage is that post-workout muscle pain, which many people call “soreness”, will pass much faster. To increase the effect of hydration of the fascia and muscles, drink water before rolling training.

The material from which our rollers are made is the highest quality EVA foam. This foam is hypoallergenic and odorless, therefore, it is suitable for people with allergies. After each training, you can easily wash the roller, because it is waterproof.
