The educational human model is a real-size human skeleton, 180 cm high. Its plastic construction allowed for a very accurate presentation of the anatomical structure of the human skeleton. Therefore, it can be used as a teaching aid in school and university education in medical fields.

What does the human anatomical skeleton consist of?

The anatomical model shows the skeleton of an adult human in a standing position. Additionally, the frame with marked elements is made of durable plastic. It also contains about 200 real-size dice. The presented full-size model is made of:

– Skulls with 22 elements, including: opening cranial vault (calvarium), movable mandible and 3 lower teeth – incisor, condyle, molar  

– Spine : 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, fragments of the sacrum and coccyx and 23 intervertebral discs

– Chest: showing 24 ribs with fragments of costal cartilage and sternum

– Pelvis: showing the sacrum and coccyx and two parts of the hip bones

– 64 bones of the upper limbs: consisting of the pectoral girdle (scapula and clavicle) and movable main joints (shoulder, elbow and wrist)

– 62 bones of the lower limbs: consisting of the pelvic girdle (hip bone) and movable main joints (hip, knee and ankle)

Important! The hyoid bone and auditory ossicles are not shown. The joints of the upper and lower limbs are movable and some of their parts are removable.
