What is a yoga strap used for?
A yoga strap fulfills two basic tasks:
1️⃣ Makes it easier to perform stretching positions – we use the strap to extend our arms, e.g. when bending. Training with a belt allows you to gradually deepen your bends and reach positions that may have seemed impossible to achieve at first!
2️⃣ Stabilises the body- a strap on the leg or arm will stabilise the position- movements become smoother and we avoid the risk of injury. The strap provides the necessary security for advanced positions such as backbends.

The yoga strap is made of extremely densely woven cotton tape. Equally important, the belt is made of natural material without the use of artificial fibers.
Metal D-ring fasteners ensure a secure hold on the belt and its easy adjustment. The length of the strap is up to 300 cm, making it ideal for all kinds of positions- its length will not be a limitation for you!
