Description
This Pilates foam roller allows for a great variety of exercises to be carried out. It can be used while lying down or by placing the foam roller on the wall. It is a shape-retaining roll, made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate, which is an elastomeric polymer), this produces a “rubber-like” soft product that is highly flexible. It is 90 cm long, so the whole upper body can rest on the roll. It allows for no slipping during training, suitable for training in the studio and at home.
